Every minute on the minute do:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
Can you last 10 minutes? 20? 30? If you can not keep up reduce the number of repetitions for each exercise and continue.

John: Did to failure, no rest but didn't time it. 5/5/10 for 7 rounds.

Scott: 7 rounds, decided i was going to die so although always done in 45secs at most opted to call it a day.

8 rounds, OUCH! Then went for another 12 rounds doing 4,8,10 reps.
